Terms of Service
By using Fling, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fling. By starting a chat, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our community rules. Among other things: no nudity or sexual content, no harassment or hate, no illegal activity, and no recording or sharing of other people without their consent. Violations can result in an immediate and permanent ban.
3. Your content
You are responsible for what you say and show on Fling. Calls are peer-to-peer and not recorded by us, which also means we cannot retrieve or moderate the content of a call after it ends — please use the Report button while it is happening.
4. Service provided "as is"
Fling is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or that you will have a safe or pleasant experience with every match. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breaking these terms or the community rules.
6. Ban appeals
If your account is banned, you may be offered the option to pay a one-time fee to lift the ban. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal). Fees are non-refundable, and paying does not waive these terms — a subsequent violation can result in another ban with no refund.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fling after changes means you accept the updated terms.
